We are extremely proud of the food that we offer at The Plough. Our A La Carte menu changes every month to feature some of the freshest homemade dishes and to offer the best seasonal dishes. Our menu is complimented by fine Young’s Beer & Guest Ales & a personally chosen fine wine list. The menu celebrates the British pub classics as well as many delicious contemporary dishes with a modern gastronomic twist.

We even wake up at 3am to visit Billingsgate Fish market so that we can guarantee the freshness and value of our fish straight to you. Check out our latest discoveries at the market on our daily specials board.

There are also daily specials & homemade puddings from steak, bangers & mash to guinea fowl, sea bass or pheasant, pannacotta, brulees & ice parfaits to our reputed bread & butter pudding, crumbles or sticky toffee pudding. “The Buttery Limited” tries to cater for all!

On Sundays we provide traditional sirloin or rib of beef, roast loin of pork, crackling & apple sauce all served with huge Yorkshire puddings! For the often forgotten vegetarian there are a selection of dishes regularly on our menu or the chef will gladly prepare something on the day for you. For (the) children, although not a specific menu, we provide smaller portions of some of our freshly prepared dishes.TEXT
